During the project, interviews were arranged with MESS' audience at the location. These interviews were utilized to establish various personas and customer journeys, strengthening the understanding of the users' needs.
The design features an event planner where users can find everything happening in MESS. Users can view events, purchase tickets and access their tickets all through the application. It also features an online ''cultural center'' where residents of Harderwijk can advertise their projects and gather interested creatives to work together.
